Our Returns Policy expires within 14 days after which time we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
MiMi can only offer refunds for full priced purchases made online; for all items bought in-store, we offer a full monetary refund for 7 days or an exchange or credit note for a further 7 days. The latter credit note is then valid for 2 months.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, complete with all tags and in the same condition that they were received in.
Purchases that are exempt from being returned are: perishable goods ie: food related items, jewellery for the body (earrings), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, Gift Cards and Face & Body products.
Returns must be accompanied by a valid MiMi receipt or proof of purchase and sent to MiMi, High Street, Hartley Wintney, Hampshire RG278NY
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
MiMi will be under no obligation to refund a purchase if the products are returned and are not in their original packaging, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Or we receive an item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once MiMi has received your return we will send you an email to notify that we are in receipt of your purchase. MiMi will check the item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, This process can take several days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If after several days your refund has not be received re-check your bank account where the purchase was made from. Still no visible refund amount in your account contact your credit card company or your bank. often there is a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately Sale or Special Offer items cannot and will not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are found to be defective, damaged or faulty. If you require an exchange of a faulty product, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item back to: MiMi, High Street, Hartley Wintney, Hampshire RG278NY, UK. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient a gift card will be present. A gift credit for the value of the return will be emailed to the recipient once the returned goods are received.
You have until the 5th January to exchange anything bought for Christmas in December.
Sale items cannot be refunded they will only be exchanged for the sale amount paid.
Ensure you bring your RECEIPT into store to be able to get a refund or exchange.
No exchange or refund will be given without proof of purchase by a receipt.
